Who is responsible

What we process and why

Messages you send us. If you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to reply and, where relevant, to take steps you request before entering into an agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use this information for unrelated marketing and do not sell it.

Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting and does not identify you individually; it records aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring site, country and device type (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. For that reason no cookie-consent banner is shown.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, content delivery, security and analytics, and Migadu for email. These providers process data on our behalf. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

External links

The site links to external services such as LinkedIn and YouTube. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

How long we keep data

Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, plus any period required by law. Technical and analytics data is kept by our providers only for their standard, limited retention periods.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), cpdp.bg.
